Arsenal’s legend, David Seaman has lashed out at the club’s Sh5.6 billion transfer budget for the coming Summer.

The former goalkeeper is dissatisfied with the Gunner’s investment in transfer and the decision to let Aaron Ramsey leave for free.

The 55-year old is shocked that the Emirates based club is again letting a high profile player leave for free and is dismally investing £44m for players recruitment.

Seaman played 405 games for Arsenal before he was replaced by German Jens Lehman at Highbury.
