    Before purchasing a bundle, check that you have enough airtime to cover the cost.

    If your airtime balance is low, recharge your Telkom SIM using a voucher, banking app, or another supported top-up method.

    1. Dial the Telkom USSD Code

    Using your Telkom SIM, dial *180# to access the prepaid bundles menu.

    After buying your bundle, monitor your remaining balance to avoid unexpected out-of-bundle charges.

    You can check your remaining data or voice balance by dialing *188#, using the MyTelkom app, or sending a message through Telkom’s WhatsApp service.
