USM Alger are reportedly interested in signing Gor Mahia creative midfielder Francis Kahata.
According to a Kahawa Tungu source, the Algerian club is willing to cough up Ksh 10million to bring on board the highly rated Kenya international.
K’Ogalo are reportedly lining up former Mathare United and Tusker FC offensive midfielder Kevin Kimani as a possible Kahata’s replacement.
Kahata joined Gor Mahia in 2016 after a short stint in Albania with KF Tirana and have helped the club win two Kenyan Premier League titles in 2017 and 2018.
His away goal against SuperSport United in South Africa in April saw Gor Mahia reach the CAF Confederation Cup group for the first time this year.

In both legs, Kahata was among top performers, catching the attention of the Algerians.
