Mithika Linturi, elected Meru Senator, has offered to nurture outgoing Governor Peter Munya’s singing talent.

He taunted the former governor saying that he had noticed his singing prowess.

He said this while receiving his senatorial certificate at the Meru school over the weekend.

He said that he would get Munya a studio so that he could record his songs as he had realized Munya was very talented.

He advised Munya to also start preparing for his 2022 presidential bid as he had failed to fulfill the promises he had made to the electorate in 2013.

The former Mp Igembe South, won the Senator seat garnering 305418 votes over his closest rival from PNU party, Mugambi Imanyara who received 182463 votes.
