    Manchester City Abandon Nike For Lucrative Puma Kitting Deal

    English Premier League champions, Manchester City, have agreed a kit deal with Puma to the tune of £50m per year and will take effect in the 2019/2020 season.

    The deal will see the Cityzens have the most expensive kit deal in the club’s history and the third most expensive in EPL, behind Manchester United and Chelsea.

    The club currently work with Nike where they have a £20 annual contract as Puma pay Arsenal £30m every season.

    All City’s football franchises are covered in the deal except New York City FC who are bounded by MLS kitting regulation.

    MLS require all clubs to use Adidas having signed a contractual agreement with the German firm.
