Moi Girls’ School, Nairobi male teachers and casual laborers did not sexually assault the form 2 student on June 1, 2018.
The 32 men including the Drama teacher have been exonerated following DNA test results that have been released by the Government Chemist.
The samples taken from the men, the results state, did not match samples taken from the girl who told detectives that she was defiled inside her dormitory.
The results should have been released by July 2 but there were delays due to “the problems in getting some of the reagents required for the tests.”
A local daily reports that the results were released last night (Tuesday) to the Kilimani DCI.
According to a KUPPET report, the girl was allegedly assaulted by lesbian students and not a light-skin man with squinted eyes.
The union officials following interviews with the victim, fellow students and workers say that they could not place a man at the scene of crime.
