Gatundu South MP Moses Kuria has accused Raila Odinga, Hassan Joho and Farah Maalim of meeting senior members of the Al Shabaab and Mombasa Republican Council (MRC) to discuss on how they are going to disrupt the October 26 elections.
He has called upon the security officer and Intelligence to take the issue seriously and investigate the issue.
Kuria asked the DPP to charge the NASA leader with treason because according to him collaborating with terrorists amounts to treason.
He also asked the NASA leader to bow out honorably in the event he does not want to be in the ballot and wait for another opportunity in the next five years.

He claimed that the meeting took place in Raila Odinga’s house in Karen.
The members of parliament accompanying complained of the date that the chief Justice gave for the hearing of the case file by Jubilee party secretary General Raphael Tuju.
