Former Gor Mahia manager Frank Nuttall is in Sudan to complete a two-year move to Al Hilal El Obeid.
Nuttall has been without a club since leaving Asante Kotoko of Ghana in February 2018 after guiding the Porcupine Warriors to a third place finish in the Ghanaian league.
He also took them to the final of Ghana Cup that season, losing to arch rivals Heart of Oak.
The Scotsman is fondly remembered in Kenya for guiding K’Ogalo to back to back Kenyan Premier League titles in 2014 and 2015 with the latter arriving unbeaten.
The former Rangers physical trainer left Gor early 2016 for a short stint with Zamalek of Egypt as an assistant coach before setting with Kotoko for a season.
