ODM has finally appointed an acting Executive Director to replace the embattled Magerer Langat. The decision was made by the party’s Secretary General Prof. Anyang Nyong’o after meeting all Orange House staff. The SG later held a brief meeting with all directors after which he announced his decision.

The move comes a day after Wafula Buke announced himself as the replacement to Magerer a decision which was opposed by the Secretary General in a statement released last evening.

Magerer Langat was ejected from the headquarters of the leading political party after he was reported in a section of the media to have publicly shown disrespect to the party leader Raila Odinga.
