Gladys Wanga, Homabay Woman Representative is back together with ‘baba watoto’ after putting their political differences aside.
The legislator assured her electorates that she and her husband were in a good place.
She and her husband, George Wanga had split up over their preferred Homabay Gubernatorial candidate. Gladys was backing Governor Cyprian Awiti while ‘baba watoto’ was for Oyugi Magwanga.
Speaking at Homabay Market last week, the Woman Rep admitted to the area politics causing damage to her marriage but had since worked out their differences.

“We have to admit that the gubernatorial race in this county polarised many families, including mine. But we have got a solution and everything is now smooth in my family,” she said.
She advised the people to talk things out with their significant others now that the elections were over.
“We have to come to terms with the fact that Awiti is now the Governor of Homa Bay regardless of whom we supported. I call on all families and Homa Bay residents as a whole to shun political differences and move on,” she said.
She was distributing 50 bags of cement, 50 pieces of iron sheet and umbrellas to traders who lost their property in a fire that burnt down the market.
