Rwandan President Paul Kagame was on Monday pictured driving his Kenyan counterpart Uhuru Kenyatta in one of his presidential cars to the airport.
Kagame was seen bidding Uhuru farewell at the end of his brief working visit to Rwanda before he made a stopover at Uganda.
The photos were shared by the Office of the President of Rwanda.
Uhuru’s visit included private talks with the Head of State as well as a National Leadership Retreat.
During the event dabbed #Umwiherero2019, President Uhuru applauded the continued cooperation between the countries to the benefit of their citizens.
President Kenyatta stated that he was impressed by the national leadership retreat concept and promised to consider replicating it in Kenya.

Uhuru noted: “The relationship between our two countries is probably one of the best relations that we have as Kenya.
“Rwanda alone will not make it, Kenya alone will not make it, but together we have a huge and tremendous potential of growing prosperity for our people and our countries,” he asserted.
The President further stated that the two countries have achieved much together in recent years and challenged the people to engage more.
President Kenyatta began with Rwanda and then briefly stopped at State House in Entebbe, Uganda, on his way back to Nairobi.
