Senators surprised Siaya senator James Orengo for his sixty eighth birthday at his office. The senators and his colleagues presented the senior counsel with a cake and champagne.
The elated senator seemed emotional and surprised as he cut the cake. Narok Senator Ledama Ole Kina was among those in attendance.
