Siaya governor Cornell Rasanga has been captured on video telling supporters that if they don’t re-elect him as the governor of the county for a second time then he will be bankrupt and hopeless because he is not sure where all the county’s money he has been taken has gone.

In a video which has gone viral, the governor seems to be clearly clueless on how to counter the Nicholas Gumbo’s group which is believed to be deep pocketed and good in mobilising supporters who are not happy with the current governor.
Rasanga on why he must be re-elected;
The governor is the ODM candidate while Nicholas Gumbo is vying for the seat as an independent.

Gumbo has partnered with veteran ODM politician, Jakoyo Midiwo aka Otada whose unity with the current Rarieda MP is because of the strong belief that the last ODM nominations were not free and fair.
