Two men were Tuesday arrested while carrying a two-and-half long cobra snake in Kanduyi, Bungoma County. Detectives are investigating an incident where a 10-year-old boy died after jumping from the fourth floor of a residential apartment in South B, Nairobi. The incident happened on February 24 evening.
