Babu Owino was rescued by Nairobi senator Johnson Sakaja who paid a bong of Sh. 104000 and undertook to present the legislator at the court on Monday at 8 AM.

The senator said that no legislator should e arrested on account of his political affiliation.

He said that his arrest was a mastermind of the petitioner in a petition challenging his election. He wanted to portray the legislator as being a violent man.
