Her mother Getrude Auma and her entire family is appealing to well wishers to help her daughter during this difficult time. This comes after several attempts of asking for help from the government whom they claim have forgotten the one person who put Kenyan name in  the boxing arena.

Conjestina Achieng was once admitted to Mathare mental hospital which specializes in mental services but was later released. Her brother has also sent his appeals for help as he says that her sisters health is causing danger to their village members.Conjestina is said to be in the worst state ever ,she allegedly went to a local primary school where she beat most of the students which is really making the whole community worried because a single punch can cause damage to the victim due to her boxing prowess.

‘Hands of stone’ as she was popularly known back then is a legendary boxer whom should be regarded as one of our heroines having made a name for Kenya in the boxing arena both locally and internationally. She gathered total fights of 27,17 wins and 6 losses,4 draws and 8 wins by knock out.
