It seems like the Chinese are not sparing any side of the Kenyan economy. Now they have set up an e-commerce site to sell their exports in Kenya and other parts of the world. A Chinese e-commerce group called Chinabuy has launched in Kenya today.

The site will offer Kenyan shoppers access to over a million different items for direct purchasing from Chinese manufacturers and all the Chinese giant online sites.

It will be available through the Chinabuy.co.ke website and provides online shoppers a one-stop shopping platform with millions of items from many factories and providers for purchase without getting lost over the internet.

Chinabuy.co.ke also has a 24/7 localised online customer support which is available in both English, Kiswahili and Chinese. The site will also offer a 365 return day policy for all its products.  The site offers different delivery methods from free shipping to express door to door shipping at a minimal cost.

It offers flexible payment platforms like Mobile Money, PayPal, Credit Cards and other preferred payment for the convenience of our customers, with a safe and secure process.

At Chinabuy.co.ke online shoppers can find products from all categories such as men, children and women clothing, cell phones, electronics, cosmetics, toys and much more.  Chinabuy.co.ke enables purchase of items directly from Chinese manufacturers and from the largest Chinese online e-commerce sites which have exclusive agreement with Chinabuy.  All products seems to be in China.

After purchase the products are sent to Chinabuy Group Logistic Centre in China and are then dispatched to the end user only after passing quality control.

Interesting feature with Chinabuy Group e-commerce site is the 24/7 customer support through their established call centre available in English or Swahili. They also offer different delivery methods up to express delivery of 10 days, quality control and the option to return unused products within a period of 365 days (one year).Chinabuy
