Kenyans online have poked fun at an advert by Daystar University inviting parents to a meeting on February 24 at 10am.
Parents’ meeting in institutions of higher learning are a myth hence the ridicule.
“The Chairman of the Daystar University Council and the Ag. Vice Chancellor invite all parents of Daystar University students to a general meeting,” the notice read in part.
For parents not willing to drive on the said day, the institution will pick them up at the Valley Road campus at 7.30am, the advert reads.
