- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2-3 tablespoons of palm oil
- 2-3 cups of meat or vegetable stock
- 2-3 tablespoons of ground crayfish
- 2-3 stock cubes
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: chili pepper or scotch bonnet for extra heat

- Rinse the assorted meat thoroughly under cold water.
