Governor Joho and President Uhuru Set To Meet For The First Time After August Poll

It is no secret that the meetings between Mombasa Governor, Ali Hassan Joho and President Uhuru Kenyatta have been rough in the past and most especially during the campaign period.

Governor Joho, a vocal supporter of the NASA coalition has not been shy in voicing his opinions with regards to what he thinks of the Jubilee government.

However the two are set to share a podium during the opening of Agricultural Society of Kenya Show. The organizers confirmed that the president will launch the event.

Joho will also be expected to grace the event as this will be the first event after taking office for a second term.

He has previously been barred from attending state functions such as the launch of the Mtongwe Ferry and the launch of the Standard Gauge Railway.
