Jubilee PartyJubilee Party members of parliament have said they will pursue Wambugu Ngujiri’s petition against chief Justice Maraga if the the petition filed against Supreme court judge Njoki Ndung’u filed by lawyer Apollo Mboya is not dropped.

The former Law society of Kenya CEO in his petition said that Njoki Ndung’u was dishonest and misled the country when she accused other judges of not going through all the disputed forms and evidence before making their ruling.

Apollo Mboya said that it was inhumane for Njoki Ndung’u to have gone through all the documents in two days as the judges only had two days to examine the evidence before giving their ruling on September 1.

Earlier last month Nyeri Town Member of parliament Wambugu Ngujiri had filed a petition against the chief Justice David Maraga but later withdrew after the president asked him to.

The Jubilee party members led by the Tetu constituency legislator James Gichuhi Mwangi and his Kieni counterpart Kanini Kega have said that they will push for the petition to be dropped.
