Miguna Miguna, the outspoken international lawyer on Wednesday said that he supports Raila Odinga’s move to go to court and said his statement about this being a second chance for the Supreme court to redeem itself was in order.

He explained that the fact that the court was said to be Independent didn’t mean that it was clean and therefore should not be criticized.

Miguna says that the fact that the court was said to be independent was just a fact on paper and that it was not practical.

He said that the Judiciary of the day has often been bribed by statehouse to rule in their favor.

When asked why he has not conceded he said that the constitution did not have a provision stating that electoral contestants should concede and that Raila Odinga should not concede to a mangled process.
