He signed with the Chicago Blackhawks as an undrafted free agent in 2020 and made an immediate impact, scoring a hat trick in one of his early games that included his first NHL goal.

After two productive seasons with the Detroit Red Wings, where he played all 82 games in 2021-22, Suter signed with the Vancouver Canucks in 2023.

He enjoyed a strong 2024-25 season with career-high goal and point totals.

In July 2025, he signed a two-year contract with the St. Louis Blues.

    Accolades

Suter’s notable achievements include helping the Guelph Storm win the OHL championship in 2014 and securing a Swiss National League title with the ZSC Lions in 2018.

Internationally, he has represented Switzerland at multiple levels, including the IIHF World U18 Championships, World Junior Championships, senior World Championships, and the 2018 Winter Olympics, where he recorded a hat trick against South Korea.

In the NHL, he holds the distinction of scoring a hat trick in one of his earliest games and has steadily built a reputation as a dependable forward capable of producing at the highest level.
