    PSC Advertises 1,000 Trainer Jobs for Vocational and Technical Institutes

    The Public Service Commission (PSC) has announced 1,000 job vacancies for Vocational and Technical Trainers across various Vocational and Technical Training Institutes in the country.

    In a public notice issued on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, the PSC invited qualified Kenyans with Degree, Higher National Diploma, and Diploma qualifications to apply for the positions.

    According to the commission, full details of the available posts and the application process can be found on the Public Service Commission website at www.publicservice.go.ke.

    Interested and qualified applicants are required to submit their applications directly to the institutions where the vacancies exist. Applicants must fill one (1) PSC Form 2 (Revised 2016) and attach copies of their National ID, academic and professional certificates, transcripts, and any other relevant testimonials. The applications should be submitted to the respective Boards or Councils of the institutions.

    The deadline for applications is January 2026 at 5:00 pm East African Time.

    “Successful candidates will be required to apply for licensing and registration by the TVET Authority,” the notice reads.
