railaNASA Presidential candidate, Raila Odinga was on Monday morning involved in what appeared to be a heated argument with one of the security officers at the Supreme Court.

Odinga arrived with his co-principals, Moses Wetangula and Musalia Mudavadi and a number of his security officers and aides.

The officers manning the SCOK entrance took issue with the number of people accompanying the former Prime Minister.

The ODM party leader is seen pointing at the officer before Wetangula intervened. Odinga is seen asking his people to get in to the premises, going against the officer’s directive.

The seven judge bench a few minutes after the altercation ordered that NASA be granted access to IEBC servers. The judge however rejected their request to access the ‘unfettered access’ to the servers.

Justice Isaac Lenaola also directed that the electoral commission also make available the original copies of forms 34A and 34B.
