R&B singer Ray J has reportedly been hospitalized in Las Vegas following a mixed martial arts bout that ended in a second-round knockout.
According to TMZ, the “One Wish” hitmaker checked himself into a medical facility just hours after being defeated in a fight against YouTuber Supa Hot Fire, whose real name is DeWayne DeShawn Stevenson (also known as DeShawn Raw).
An insider told the outlet that Ray J arrived at the hospital roughly two hours after the match on Saturday and has remained under medical observation for about two days. Doctors are reportedly running tests to determine whether he suffered a concussion, with concerns also raised about a slowed heart rate following the bout.
The fight took place at an event hosted by livestreamer Adin Ross at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas. The contest was stopped in the second round after Supa Hot Fire, 35, landed a decisive knockout blow.

Ray J, 45, appeared visibly disoriented after the strike, stumbling into the ropes before collapsing to the canvas. Although he briefly regained his footing, he was seated on a stool before the referee officially halted the contest.
The moment quickly went viral online, with clips circulating widely across social media platforms.
In a post-fight interview, Ray J appeared to suggest that the bout may not have unfolded as originally agreed, alleging that his opponent had deviated from a planned outcome and describing the situation as “janky as f–k.”
The claims have not been independently verified by officials involved in the event.
Ray J’s hospitalization comes months after he publicly claimed he was facing serious health issues, including pneumonia and heart-related complications, and suggested he may have only months to live.
