Citizen TV news presenter, Mashirima Kapombe shared how she was assaulted on Sunday at the Panari Sky Center, along Mombasa road.
“I’ve always thought of myself as brave, fearless. I would be saddened by stories of women assaulted by men in broad daylight as others watched and some filmed. Yesterday, that happened to me. At Panari Anga sky cinema.” she posted.
She reported the matter to an attendant who did not do anything to help her forcing her to report to the manager on duty.
The manager apologized to Mashirima for the conduct of their employee and that of the attendant who did not take any action. She then offered a complimentary movie to make up for the unfortunate incident.

Mashirima shared that a day later (today) she is still traumatized from what happened at the Panari Anga Sky cinema.
But this morning, the trauma from the experience is still fresh. I don't feel so fearless. I don't feel brave.
