    weekendThe week coming to an end is often exciting as many make plans to unwind and exhale the rigorous week.

    Sometimes however, one runs short of the fun stuff to do or paces to go and Kahawa Tungu has you covered.

    The Nairobi Fashion Week

    For all those trendsetters  and ‘avante garde’ lovers this is an event for you. This event brings all Kenyan designers to show case their designs. The buyers also have a chance to acquire the limited edition for some of the designs .

    The models will not disappoint and of course the strut down the aisle showcasing the designs will be the epitome of the event.

    The Nairobi fashion takes place this weekend  from Friday through to Sunday at 10.00 pm.

    The Koroga Festival

    The 20th edition of the Koroga festival will be taking place this weekend.This event that brings together the biggest acts from the African Continent.

    This edition will be be braced by Kenya’s Sauti sol who will be performing their latest single ‘Melanin’ which they featured Nigerian artist Patoranking among other hits.The edition will also feature South African band Freshly ground, which is famous for their songs Potbelly and Banana Republic.

    This will be the highlight of the weekend and will take place on Sunday afternoon.The event is family friendly so kids can be tagged along as well.

    In case the plans for this weekend were not slated yet this events will surely make be a good way to welcome the Christmas holidays
