- Prepare the Cloves
If you are using whole cloves, lightly crush them using a mortar and pestle or the back of a spoon. This helps release their natural oils. If using ground cloves, you can skip this step. - Combine with Carrier Oil
Place the crushed cloves or ground cloves into a clean glass jar. Pour the carrier oil over them, ensuring the cloves are fully submerged. - Infuse the Mixture
Close the jar tightly and shake it gently to mix. Place the jar in a warm, dark place for about two weeks, shaking it once a day to help the infusion process. - Strain the Oil
After two weeks, strain the oil using a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth to remove the solid clove particles. Pour the strained oil into a clean jar or bottle for storage. - Store Properly
