This follows the exit of CEO Twalib Mbarak whose term ended after six year. Mbarak is expected to exit by December this year. Players in the aviation industry have opposed a push to allow the military’s National Air Support Department (NASD) to get a permit to repair civilian aircraft. NASD is a multi-agency unit created and run by the military to consolidate and ensure efficient utilization of national aviation assets. The British rapper and online personality Yung Filly has been charged over rape allegations in Australia. Real name Andres Felipe Valencia Barrientos, he is best known for his work with the YouTube collective Beta Squad and has presented shows on BBC Three. He was arrested in Brisbane on Tuesday and extradited to Perth the following day to attend a court hearing. Barrientos, 29, was charged on Thursday and has had his bail application approved. A female police officer died after collapsing at her rented house in Utawala area, Machakos County.  Police Constable Pauline Adenyoh was stationed at Muungano Police Station in Utawala area. Her husband reported the incident on Tuesday, October 8, at 10:00 pm after his wife had a seizure attack that turned fatal. She was rushed to Reale Hospital in Utawala for medical treatment but was pronounced dead on arrival, police said. Mobile money paybill and till number accounts will be converted into electronic tax registers (ETRs) from the end of December to weed out tax evaders and boost revenue by billions of shillings, a senior economic adviser to President William Ruto has said. North Korea will sever road and railway access to South Korea from Wednesday in a bid to “completely separate” the two countries. At least three people were found dead after suspected suicide incidents. Police say these are the latest such incidents to be reported amid calls to address the menace. The first incident was reported in Chebunyo area, Bomet County on Monday October 7. The incident involved a 17-year-old form three student at Kiproroget Secondary School. The boy is said to have drowned in a dam in the area. Police said they are open to other theories. The body was retrieved by the villagers.
